If the function is found to be ineffective, the test should be stopped immediately and the previously tested food packaging should be re-examined. 4, food metal detector in the operation of the correct treatment of sudden alarm:
If an alarm occurs in the product reinspection, the new product is tested, but the normal operation does not alarm, which belongs to the metal substances present in the food, leading to the alarm phenomenon, it is necessary to return the reinspection to the food alarm assessed by the team leader. The repeated inspection of products and new products have alarms, which should belong to the functional failure of the food metal detector, at this time, professional and technical personnel need to be troubleshooting, with the test card detection function is effective, and clean the equipment before use.
