This equipment is mainly used in the plastics industry, but also can be used in the food and chemical industry.

This equipment is designed for small clumps of material (such as powder or granular) that fall freely in vertical lines, and the inlet should be connected to the feed hopper or line. 2, Danger warning

4. Safety precautions for operation and maintenance

When the plastic metal separator is working, the case cover and the electric box door should be closed to avoid injury and danger and the machine pollution, and extend the service life. All warning signs affixed to the machine must be clearly visible and cannot be removed for any reason. The inlet and outlet should be connected by a pipe with a diameter of 70mm. The outlet pipe should be at least 90cm long. If electrical and electronic components repair or pneumatic components repair, be sure to cut off the power and air supply. This instruction manual should be readily available and legible.

Only trained technicians are allowed to operate and service the machine.

5, potential danger

After the electrical switch is turned off, the electrical box may be in a live state because the external power supply is still connected.

In addition, due to the presence of compression cylinders, the pneumatic components will still operate after cutting off the air source.
