(1) The online weighing machine is powered on, and the touch screen does not display

1, check whether the power supply is normal, see if the power switch is damaged;

2, the leakage switch inside the electric box has not tripped;

3, check whether the switching power supply itself is damaged;

4, check the 24V circuit is short circuit, there is no burnt fuse;

5, whether the touch display itself has quality problems.

(2) All three belts of the conveyor line do not rotate

1. Test whether the 24V voltage output of the switching power supply is normal;

2, check whether the communication between the display and the PLC is normal (in the "system fault" of the display "main menu" there is a "PLC-IO port" option, which is to test the communication between the display and the PLC, you can check whether the communication is faulty).

(3) The belt of the conveyor line is not running in a single section

1, check that the synchronization belt is not stuck or damaged;

2, check the conveyor belt is not stuck by foreign bodies;

3. Check whether the connecting terminal of the motor is loose or falls off;

4, the replacement method is used to adjust the motor drive and the motor to see whether the drive problem or the motor fault.

(4) The inspection scale shows that the detected product is unqualified, but the rejection device does not eliminate or the rejection is not in place

1, the culling is not in place, check whether the system's culling output delay and culling holding time are set accurately;

2, check whether the air pressure of the air compressor is normal, check the pressure gauge;

3, check whether the solenoid valve is faulty, test the solenoid valve by hand, and see if there is no reaction;

4, detect the cylinder has no fault;

5, test whether the solid-state relay reaction is normal;

6. Check whether the IO controller part of the weight scale is burned out.

(5) The online weighing machine suddenly appears inaccurate, or deviates from the target value

1. Check whether the parameter Settings have been changed manually.

2, whether the workshop environment vibration is relatively large or the air flow is large;

3. Whether the spacing of incoming materials is the same as the original;

4, whether the scale is clean, whether there are foreign bodies;

5. Whether there is contact between the conveyor belt and the other two conveyor belts;

6, whether the sensor protection screw touches the edge of the scale;

7, the sensor has not been damaged by artificial pressure deformation;

8, whether the sensor line and motor line are loose or pulled too tight;

9, whether the position of the photoelectric switch is adjusted accurately (especially when the object under test is a special-shaped part).

(6) The conveyor belt of the online weighing machine runs off and cannot be adjusted

1, the belt use time is too long, wear serious deformation elongated, consider replacing the belt;

2, the roller has been used for a long time, and the wear is serious, consider replacing the new roller.
